Paolo Pampanoni

Born in Perugia in 1969, he set up an architectural firm in Assisi in 2000 focused on the design of offices and work spaces.

In 2002, he began to focus his attention on product design, conceiving partition walls for offices, furnishing systems, light fixtures and upholstered furniture.

Knowledge of the product and its production processes have provided ideas and incentives that help to communicate the features and values, adding to the professional skills acquired, and the activity of artistic direction and communication. A professional development path that has switched from space to the product and definition of the corporate image.

The proposed and shared working method has developed in a simple and effective way, to the point of satisfying work of differing complexity in a variety of areas.

A “performance-oriented” method based on the principle that every aspect of the design is aimed at obtaining a specific, functional, technical, aesthetic or economic performance.

In 2017, he founded D+A Srl, a network of professionals, stemming from the desire to create an interdisciplinary group of designers of spaces, products and communication tools, capable of creating effective connections between objects and users, and between spaces and users.

Studio Pampanoni and D+A now partner with many companies to promote the value of “Made in Italy” and the “corporate and territorial brand” in Italy and the world.

In 2020, the “Bridge” furniture system, designed in partnership with Pinuccio Borgonovo for Citterio Spa, received an important international recognition with the Archiproducts design awards.
